The 73rd Independence Day of India celebrations were held at the official residence of the Indian High Commissioner in Colombo, the India House, today (15).
Indian High Commissioner to Sri Lanka Taranjit Singh Sandhu has addressed the gathering which comprising Indian expatriates and Sri Lankan well-wishers.
The Indian national flag was hoisted to mark the 73rd Indian Independence Day and entrancing dance and singing performances added colour to the event.
